Dr. Manny Moy


Dr. Manny Moy is the founder and head physician at Pacific Foot and Ankle Clinic, established September 2001. He was born in Taishan, China, in the Southern most border of Guangdong Province. Dr. Moy immigrated to USA when he was 9 years old, and he speaks both English and Cantonese. Growing up in Oakland, CA, he attended University of California at Berkeley, graduating with a B.A. in Molecular Cell Biology. Dr. Moy graduated from California College of Podiatric Medicine at Samuel Merritt University in 1997, and completed his Residency and Diabetic Foot Reconstruction Fellowship at Yale-New Haven Hospital in Connecticut. Dr. Moy maintained Chief Resident status during his residency training, and presented numerous lectures on Diabetic Wound Management, Lisfranc's Fractures, Charcot Marie Tooth Deformity Reconstruction, Diabetic Foot Reconstruction, and several other podiatric associated presentations. 

During his time as a Podiatric medical student, Dr. Moy was published in the Journal of Vascular Surgery, the Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery, and others, with research articles including topics on limb salvage, ischemic limbs and lower extremity bypass, as well as plantar plate repair techniques. 
Dr. Moy is a proud father of 1 year old twin baby boys, and in his spare time he enjoys playing with them and watching them grow. When his boys aren't keeping him busy Dr. Moy is active playing tennis, traveling to the Oregon coast, cooking authentic Chinese food, and spending time with his significant other.

Dr. Cindy Peng


Cindy Peng, DPM graduated at the top of her class clinically from the California School of Podiatric Medicine at Samuel Merritt University. Cindy Peng, DPM completed her extensive three year podiatric medicine and surgical residency at Legacy Health/Kaiser Permanente locally in Portland, Oregon. This residency program is considered one of the elite training programs in the United States, focusing on comprehensive foot and ankle injuries and deformity correction. Dr. Peng presented at two Oregon statewide foot and ankle conferences with a focus on her interests in rearfoot reconstruction (“Charcot Marie Tooth and the Cavovarus deformity”) and sports-related injuries (“Management of Acute Ankle Sprains”). Dr. Peng also has a special focus on sports injuries related to the foot and ankle as well as orthotics therapy.

Dr. Peng maintains an active lifestyle by doing various sports including basketball, volleyball, cycling, golf and weight lifting. In her spare time, she is passionate about traveling, photography, gardening, exercising, and spending time with her husband and her two dogs. She also finds fulfillment in mentoring young athletes, as she was the co-head coach of her high school senior girls' basketball team.
